Application Form: Prospectus and application form for entrance examination may be downloaded from website www.jssuni.edu.in
The application should accompany a demand draft of Rs 3000/- (Rs three thousand only) drawn in favour of JSS University Fee Account, Mysore, payable at Mysore and shall reach the Registrar, JSS University, JSS Medical Institutions campus, Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagar, Mysore-570015, Karnataka or Email admissions@jssuni.edu.in

Application forms will be issued from: 12th November, 2012, Monday
Last date for receipt of filled in application forms: 31st December, 2012, 05.00 p.m. Monday
Date of entrance exam: 19th January, 2013, Saturday
