Applications are invited for ISM-JRF (Ph.D Programme) from eligible candidates in the following disciplines to be submitted online only (along with a hard copy to be sent by post)
Engineering: Fuel, Mineral, Mining, Mechanical, Mining Machinery, Petroleum, Electrical, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Environmental Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering
Science: Applied Geology, Applied Geophysics, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Environmental Science
Management: Humanities and Social Sciences: Philosophy and English
Written Test: The ISM-JRF (Ph.D) written test for GATE not qualified/NET not qualified/GATE-NET Qualified candidates earlier than 2010 shall be held on 06th January, 2013 at Bhubaneswar, Dhanbad, Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Varanasi and Pune
GATE/NET qualified candidates not earlier than 2010 are exempted from appearing in the ISM-JRF written examination
