B.Ed. Programme through distance learning (2 years) (residents of Tamilnadu only)
Selection: Selection is based on the performance in the entrance examination and Tamil Nadu State Govt
Pattern of Education: 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 system should be produced
Two years bachelor preparatory programme certificate/two years foundation course certificate/two years diploma course will be treated as equivalent to XII or PUC
Application Form: Prospectus and application forms can be obtained in person from the Director, Centre for Distance Education, Bharathidasan University, Palkalaiperur Campus, Tiruchirappalli-620024, and PCP Centres for B.Ed programmes and other PCP and study centres of CDE by submitting Rs 500/- crossed demand draft obtained from any one of the Nationalized banks along with a requisition letter
Application forms can also be downloaded from website www.bdu.ac.in in which case, the downloaded application should be accompanied by crossed demand draft Rs 500/-
Last date for issue and receipt of filled in applications is 07th October, 2012
Date of entrance examination: 14th October, 2012, 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.
